“EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE” means a Committee constituted by the Governing Body, MARSAC, and it shall consist of the Minister in-charge (Science and Technology) as Chairman, 4(four) members of the Governing Body of MARSAC as members with Administrative Secretary (Science and Technology), Govt. of Manipur as the Member Secretary of the Committee.
